Grandparent's Rights supports grandparents in their attempts to see their grandchildren.
Grandparents do not have an automatic right to have contact with their grandchildren under Israeli law; therefore, there are many instances where access to the child or children is unfairly denied to the grandparent.
Grandparent's Rights looks to support grandparents in their attempts to connect with their grandchildren by serving as a liaison and lobbyist in the Knesset, Parliament, Beth Dins, and appropriate social welfare ministries as well as appropriate Federations of Jewish Philanthropies, Jewish Community Relations Councils and Family Service Organizations. We also provide support, legal and otherwise, to grandparents seeking to establish contact with their grandchildren.
